Thermoplastic Roof Flashing

This roof flashing has a non-fading, non-cracking, rigid 16 x 16 inch black thermoplastic base. The material can accommodate pipes made from a variety of materials such as plastic, copper, and cast iron. Its self-sealing collar works the best for 3 inch pipes and it slides over the top which simultaneously creates a water tight seal that eliminates caulking. The flashing is tilted at a 45 degree angle that is designed to sit well on the slope of the roof and blends nicely with the house.
